Pastor Ann Taylor, a native of Baltimore, Maryland is the Senior Pastor of A.L.I.V. Ministries. She received her higher education in Clinical Psychology from Methodist College and received Master Degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Divinity from Campbell University.
